Job Description

The Repack Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

This position will play an integral role for ensuring accurate and efficient repackaging of products according to customer requirements and company standards.

Although the primary schedule for this individual is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business which may include occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for printing and coordinating product labels
• Audit and ensure accuracy of inbound shipments
• Audit and ensure accuracy of outbound shipments
• Monitor and perform inventory counts on stock, material and supplies
• Operate a low-lift pallet truck to move product (training provided in-house)
• Conduct pre- and post-production inspections
• Understand relevant warehouse SOP’s and systems
• Assist with maintaining a clean repackaging environment
• Perform other related tasks or duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least (6) months experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs and stand continuously.
• Previous experience within a produce warehouse or production environment.
• Experience following instructions in the completion of detailed tasks.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
